Hope City

HOPE City Limited (HCL) is the developer of the Hope City project which is a new city located within easy reach of the industrial city of Tema, the Central Business District of Accra and the proposed new Accra international airport.

Launched in March 2013, Hope City is acronym for Home, Office, People and Environment. It is a multi-phased development providing a complete gambit of office, light industrial, residential, hospitality and institutional accommodation primarily geared towards Ghana’s emerging and developing IT market. This multi-purpose development is the most ambitious scheme proposed for Ghana and Africa. The $10 billion Dollar project will cover a land space of 970 acres in Prampram. Upon completion, the development will accommodate some 65,000 persons within a campus style landscaped development arising from its iconic central building; which will be the tallest building in Africa.
